If your letter includes any other document other then the main page (cover page), then it should be mentioned in the enclosure section. This alerts the reader to look for the attachment. How can enclosure be added to the letter, we have six ways for it:
1. This first design shows only the number of enclosures. What are they, is not mentioned.
2. This second design shows a horizontal list of attachments with serial numbers.
3. This design shows a horizontal list of contents attached but without serial numbers.
4. This design is same as the second but the list here is vertical instead.
5. This design is same as the third but the list here is vertical instead.
6. This last idea is of a letter that has no attachments, but in case if you may like to inform the reader about it, you can add an enclosure section with 'None' stated. This idea can work in a bad news or when the reader expected an attachment but actually there is none.
